High Time...

I was sitting on the sofa on this hot summer day with the smell of raspberry jam coming from the kitchen and I thought it was high time my mother (Nana) had a blog... You know, maybe that will make up for my post slump?

I suppose the first thing I should do is introduce you all to this lady...
She is hard working even though she is retired. She lives a life of service to others. She loves her family and friends.
(She is actually one of 19 siblings born to the Bustard family in Blacks Harbour, NB, Canada).

She is nana to my two fur babies, and to many younger people in our church family. 
She can show you anything from how to pickle, pray, play... Okay, I would like to continue with the "P" parade but nothing is coming to me... So... She can show you how to stretch a dollar, give your all, encourage, love, give and just be an all around good person.

I'm sure there will be lots of short stories, memories of childhood, yummy Recipies tried and true, laughs, tears and prayers shared here. You're most likely in for quite a wild ride, so buckle up and let's get her started!
